This old oven-dish factory is now the home of Architectslab but also of 13 families in different lofts and apartments. The contrast is quite striking. Outside you have the hectic but appealing Brussels city life. Inside, a village calm falls over you. The whole site is renovated with great respect for the original Art-Deco and modernist architecture. All apartments have an own identity, but one has combined old and new very tastefully.
